Battle Creek woman pleads no contest in teen sex case (Lincoln Journal Star)
MADISON — A Battle Creek woman accused of having sex with a 15-year-old boy will be sentenced in October. Tammy Walnofer had originally been charged with first-degree sexual assault of a minor, stemming from a relationship with the boy in 2005.

VA Worker to Stand Trial on Indecent Liberties Charges (WIBW Topeka)
Topeka V.A. Health Revenue Center supervisor Nick Bales was bound over for trial Thursday on two counts of aggravated indecent liberties with a child aged 14 to 15 and one count of indecent liberties. He has a pretrial hearing Oct. 9th.
